Hi, I'm Alex—Welcome to Thrive!

Over the past five years, I've dedicated myself to nursing education, mentoring aspiring nurse practitioners, and helping them bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world practice.

Alongside building my multi-million-dollar private practice, I've worked closely with PMHNPs, particularly new graduates, to understand the challenges they face as they transition into professional practice.

It was during this time that I noticed a critical need for accessible, tailored support—support that extended beyond the classroom and into the clinical and professional realities of our field.

It's from this passion and experience that Thrive was born—a place where PMHNPs can find the support, resources, and connections they need to succeed.
